Group D Exam Pattern for CET Haryana in 2023
(a) General awareness, reasoning, Hindi, English, numeric aptitude, and other pertinent or related disciplines, as applicable, will receive 75% of the total.
(b) A quarter of a mark in Haryana’s history, geography, environment, culture, current events, literature, etc.
Age Limit for Haryana CET
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) will accept the candidate’s Date of Birth as provided in the SSC Group C & D online application form, as well as the date of birth recorded in their matriculation or equivalent/birth certificate, to determine their age. Eligibility Criteria for the Haryana CET
For the Group C Main Exam
The qualifying class of candidates should have been a graduate of any accredited university or board.
Passed candidates for the Haryana CET preliminary exam.
For Posts in Group D
Candidates must have earned a passing grade in class 10 from any accredited board.

Selection Procedure for Haryana CET 2023
Following application receipt, the Commission will conduct an offline written exam and/or skill test for qualified candidates selected from the merit list of the CET Score. The marking system to choose candidates for the positions will consist of the following 100 total marks:”-
- Written test: 95%
Socioeconomic Standards and Background: 0.5 percent
Every question will be required. There will be a bilingual question paper in Hindi and English. The Group-C positions will be filled through an offline (OMR-based) written test. Negative marks won’t be awarded for incorrect answers. - There will be 100 questions in total, with each question carrying a weight of 0.95 marks. Of the five alternatives available, a candidate must fill out one of them mandatory. Candidates who are unsure about the answer will be given an additional five minutes to mark their fifth alternative.
- With the five minutes added, the total time allotted for the paper will be (100+5) = 112 minutes. Every time a candidate chooses not to select any of the five alternatives for a question, 0.95 marks will be subtracted from their score.
