Education Requirements and Eligibility Standards
Generalist:
Graduate or postgraduate students in any discipline from an accredited university must have earned at least 60% (or at least 55% for SC/ST applicants) in their degree exams.
Doctors (MBBS):
M.B.B.S., M.D., M.S., or PG-Medical Degree from an accredited University OR comparable international degrees that meet the requirements set forth by the National Medical Commission (formerly the Medical Council of India) for recognition as such.
Automobile Engineer:
a recognized university with a minimum of 60% in each degree examination (at least 55% for SC/ST students) or a B.E., B.Tech., M.E., or M.Tech in automobile engineering.
Legal:
Graduate or postgraduate in law from an accredited university with a minimum of 60% in any degree program (or at least 55% for candidates from SC/ST categories).
Finance:
Professional qualifications: Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or Cost Accountant (ICWA) OR B.COM or M.COM from an accredited university with a minimum of 60% in each degree examination (minimum of 55% for SC/ST candidates).
Actuarial:
degree from an accredited university in any quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or another area, with at least 60% of the possible points in the degree exam (or at least 55% for candidates from SC/ST categories).
Information Technology IT:
B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech., or MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management from an accredited university with a minimum of 60% in any degree examination (minimum of 55% for candidates from SC/ST categories).
Rajbhasha (Hindi) Officers:
English can be taken as a required or elective course, or it can be used as the medium of examination for a master’s degree in Hindi from an accredited university with 60% of the possible points (or 55% for SC/ST students).
Salary/ Pay Scale
Starting Basic pay would be Rs. 50,925/-on the scale of Rs. 50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765, plus any additional allowances that might be allowed by the policies that the firm may occasionally change.
