Notification of 400 Graduate and Technician Apprenticeship Placements for BESCOM 2023–2024: Online applications are being accepted from qualified applicants (those with engineering degrees and diplomas) in the state of Karnataka by Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM), a Government of Karnataka Undertaking. Applications are being accepted for BESCOM, Bengaluru’s one-year Apprenticeship Act of 1961 training program for the years 2023–2024. December 31, 2023, is the deadline for registering an online application.
How to Apply for 2024 BESCOM Apprentice Requirements:
The National Web Portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) or nats.education.gov.in is where eligible candidates should enroll in their online application form.
Part 1:
Step 1: Access the NATS Portal, click “Student,” then Click “Student Register” to finish. Log in as a student first. -> Finish filling out the application. Every student will have a 12-digit unique enrollment number created for them.
Part 2:
Under “Apply against advertised vacancies,” students can log in. -> Perform a search for “Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited” Click apply to submit your application for the position.
Sunday, December 31, 2023, is the deadline for registering online applications.

Apprentice at BESCOM Qualifications for Admission:
Age Restriction:
By apprenticeship regulations, candidates for BECOM Apprentice positions must be at least 18 years old.
Educational Qualifications:
- In the appropriate fields, candidates must hold a B.E., B.Tech., or diploma certificate, or a provisional B.E., B.Tech., or diploma certificate.
- As of February 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, up until October 2023, the candidates must have obtained a degree or diploma in engineering with at least minimal passing marks.
- Those with one year of work experience or who have completed or are currently completing apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 are not eligible to apply.
Other Eligibility:
- The applicants should be proficient in both writing and reading Kannada.
- Application fee: There is no application charge for BESCOM Apprentice positions.
Apprentice Selection Procedure at BESCOM:
Only the scores from the qualifying exams will be taken into consideration for the shortlisting procedure. Notifications will be sent to the registered email addresses of the shortlisted candidates.
