Phase I: SBI PO Preliminary Examination
The online SBI PO 2022 Preliminary Examination would include a multiple-choice objective test of 100 marks. The online objective test will consist of the following three sections, each with a different time slot:

Phase II: SBI PO Main Examination

Exam Descriptive
The SBI Probationary Officer Descriptive Test takes 30 minutes to complete. The English Language Test (Letter Writing and essay) will consist of two questions for a combined 50 points.
Applying to both the preliminary and main examinations, negative marking is the penalty for incorrect answers. In objective tests, incorrect responses will be noted with a penalty.
Phase III: SBI PO Psychometric Test/ Interview/ Group Exercises
Psychometric Test: The applicants who make the shortlist for SBI Probationary Officer Phase-III will undergo a psychometric test by the Bank to profile their personalities. The interview panel may be presented with the test results to gain a comprehensive understanding of the candidates.
There could be a group exercise (20 marks) and an interview (30 marks) for the SBI Probationary Officer Third Phase.
Final Selection
The Phase-III and Phase-II exams must be passed successfully by candidates on their own. To create the final merit list, the results from Phase III will be added to the scores obtained in the Main Examination (Phase II), which consists of the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test. The Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) scores are not going to be taken into account when creating the final merit list that will be utilized in the selection process.
