Roxy challenges fate to a sword fight in the opening scene of Berserk of Gluttony episode 11 because of the volume of complaints made against him. when she sees him using the holy knight’s power, she is taken aback. Roxy is successfully knocked down by fate, but she has time to retaliate when she notices her pendant, the gemstone he had given her.
Fate concedes the fight and decides to ally with her forces. Roxy notices that he has an Aaron-like style as well. Mugan and Fate talk about the arrival of monsters. He learns from Mugan that his daughter is a researcher who has studied the monsters in great detail.
As the scene changes, Laine is talking about the Vlericks’ questionable behavior. Emergency alarms go off, and Roxy gets her soldiers ready to fight off the approaching Ork assault. When Something sees them coming from below, Fate uses Greed to shoot it, causing it to come to the surface.
