Selection Procedure for AFCAT 1 in 2024
The upcoming Air Force Common Admission Test (1) 2024 will be selected according to the outline below.
Written Test:-
Exam Mode: Internet-Based
One hundred in number
300 (maximum) points
Two hours (120 minutes) is the length of the examination.
Paper Sections:
Common Knowledge
Reasoning and Numerical Proficiency in English verbally
One point is deducted for each incorrect response on the Military Aptitude Test.
Interview with AFSB:
This will be a contact for candidates who have passed the initial phase.
Medical Examination:

Eligibility for AFCAT 1 2023
Regarding educational requirements and age restrictions, the following criteria apply to the AFCAT 01/2024:
Academic Qualifications:
Non-technical Ground Duty and Flying Branch: Applicants must possess a three-year bachelor’s degree OR a BE/BTech degree with a minimum of 60% from an accredited university, in addition to a minimum of 50% in physics and mathematics at the 10+2 level.
Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics) Ground Duty (Technical):
In addition to a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and technology from an accredited institution, prospective candidates must have earned a minimum of 60% in physics and mathematics during their 10+2 education.

Branch Flying:
Individuals born between 02/01/2001 and 01/01/2005, or 20 and 24 years of age, are eligible to apply.
Individuals seeking ground duty (technical and non-technical) positions must be between the ages of 20 and 26 (brought on or after January 2, 1999, and January 1, 2005).
Exam Date for AFCAT 1 2024
General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability and Reasoning, and Military Aptitude Test will each contribute three points to a total of one hundred multiple-choice questions that will be administered via computer-based testing on the 16th, 17th, and 18th of February 2024.
AFCAT 1 2024 Fee
An individual must remit an application charge of ₹550 inclusive of GST to submit an online application for the Air Force Common Admission Test 2024. The fee can be settled via NET banking, UPI, debit card, or credit card.
