Applicants must have earned a diploma in matriculation or its equivalent from an accredited board.
Sports Qualification
Athletes of excellence who have showcased their talents by representing either a State or the Country in nationally recognized games or championships, be it at the junior or senior level or even in international championships held under the umbrella of the respective Federation or Association acknowledged by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports. This covers events held by the Indian Olympic Association and the eligibility period spans the last three years from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2023.
Comparably, those deserving of credit who have gallantly represented their university in the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) All-India Inter-University Tournaments are included in this category. The same three-year window, from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2023, is the qualifying period for this accomplishment.
In addition, athletes of exceptional merit who competed in the National School Games hosted by the School Games Federation of India (SGFD) as members of their State School Team are recognized. The previous three years, from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2023, are included in the requirements for this distinction.
